What an incredible ROM at Esplanade which started off with a mini dance-off on the rooftop in the early morning before the dramatic unveiling of the bride at the Esplanade waterfront. For those who still remember the location of the original ROM building near Fort Canning, the setting at Esplanade couldn’t be more different. We’ve moved from greenery and colonial architecture (I certainly don’t miss the tacky Love sign at the original ROM place) to urban cityscape with our the best CBD waterfront view, and it’s a blessing for every couple who gets to celebrate their union here in this brief few years.

The groom party arrived in style for the unveiling at the waterfront, with Dave in a splendid Sherwani and matching turban seeing Arora in her gorgeous red sari for the first time that day as the veil curtain dropped.

After the ROM session upstairs and mandatory group shots at the floral backdrop (and a bit more dancing!), we moved to The Malayan council, where everyone settled in for a wonderful wedding lunch.
