A graduation shoot is almost mandatory. After all, you’ve put in the years of work, rented the graduation gown, dolled up, perhaps even cut your hair for the occasion, and your loved ones also can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Why not make the most of it? Gather your loved ones, take along a graduation teddy or flowers, perhaps even wear a stunning gown underneath your graduation one, and let’s make your best day ever one to remember with some gorgeous shots!
That beautiful headshot with creamy bokeh background? We can not only do it, but we can do it well, with the gear and over a decade of experience we have.
Besides your alma matar, we have plenty of ideas and suggestions on where your graduation shoot can take place, depending on who is showing up (e.g. family, just friends or just you and your partner) and what scenery or backdrop inspires you most.
Even though we went through our own graduations many years before yours, we still like to think that we’re young at heart and love to get to know the younger generation – our world’s future leaders and makers.
It’s your big day, and after spending all that time getting dressed, renting and making sure the gown looks good, you deserve a beautiful portrait shot of yourself in that once-in-a-lifetime outfit. Complete with the graduation cap or mortar board, of course! Individual portraits can be the main part of our shoot or complemented with candid shots or extended family photos.
Graduates within extended family shoots is a pretty common theme, and a great way to combine a multi-generational get together with celebration of milestones. These kind of shoots can take place in the comfort of the family home, at school or a mix of indoor and outdoor locations.
While gowns are probably not the dress code at graduation parties, capturing the fun moments of having your class together for one more time – with no exams or group projects to moan over anymore – will bring back fond memories of who’s who years later.
Loved her! She was wonderful, helpful with how I should pose as I was pretty camera shy and patient! Offered a lot of lovely ideas! If I ever wanna do another photoshoot, would definitely engage her again.
Thanks for the photos and retouches! You’re really sweet and we appreciate it tons!
