Graduation is not just a milestone for the one in the gown and mortar board, but also for the parents! Graduation shots with the family doesn’t have to be in the stiff confines of a studio (though a studio does have its creature comforts).
With a walking shoot that spanned Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Gardens by the Bay, Ram (dad) could also exercise his creative direction with poses, oftentimes demonstrating the desired poses to his sons without hesitation, which I think makes any shoot easier.
The icing on the cake was being able to watch the National Day Parade rehearsal right on the MBS waterfront afterwards, and we got lucky with the Singapore flag flying overhead.
