For Kim Lean, co-founder of Acorn Marketing and Research Consultants, life has taken her across 10 countries, and she recalls it with energy and gratitude in her new book Memoir of a Small-Town Girl: The Acorn Journey.
This event took place at The Villa at the Singapore Botanical Gardens with over a hundred guests including renown writers, publishers and editors. The evening started with a cocktail session before an opening address from publisher Ethos books, followed by a book discussion led by Kim Lean and her editor, Josephine Chia.
A few guests couldn’t resist and started reading the book, and the night rounded up with load of group shots and good cheer.
