Shweta absolutely loves photos so her dear husband Vikram not only planned a surprise forever 21st birthday celebration for her, but managed to get all the family and friends together last minute. Best part? He managed to keep it a complete surprise for her, and Shweta was tearing up with joy as she was led into the function room at Pen & Inc One North.
